Child Safety Standards
Referlly is committed to maintaining a safe environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Key Definitions
CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)
CSAE refers to any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any form of sexual exploitation of minors.
CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)
CSAM consists of any visual depiction (photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery) involving a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Prohibited Conduct
Referlly strictly prohibits the following activities on our platform:
- Sharing, uploading, or linking to CSAM.
- Attempting to groom or solicit minors for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion or any form of blackmail involving minors.
- Facilitating or promoting child trafficking.
- Any behavior that poses a risk to the safety and well-being of children.
Reporting Mechanisms
We encourage all users to report any suspicious activity or content that violates our child safety standards immediately.

You can report violations through our dedicated contact form. Please provide as much detail as possible, including usernames and descriptions of the behavior.
Report a ViolationOur Actions and Compliance
Referlly takes immediate action when we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on our platform. This includes:
- Permanent removal of the offending content.
- Immediate termination of associated user accounts.
- Reporting of CSAM and relevant user data to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other pertinent law enforcement authorities as required by law.
